Chatter From The Road

Gearing for UNLEASHED TOUR 2007
Posted On: Jul 23 2007
The band has been working extra hard recently. We have all been so busy rehearsing, and trying to keep up with our many venues that we play. The band has recently taken a few weeks off to get ready for our big 2007 tour, and we will kick that tour off from our home base of Cody, WY. There will be a huge pre-tour party as we kick this off. Check out our tour page to make sure you know where we will be, and we will announce the location of the pre-tour party right before it happens. Keep it real and country!! bobby chitwood

Miss Rodeo Montana Party

Ok y'all, what more could you ask for? You play so many shows with so many different folks, and then you get a one of those out of the ordinary shows like this. Yep, free food, drinks, and of course the beautiful Miss Rodeo Montana 2007, and also all of her friends. Needless to say the band had a great time, and met some really wonderful folks in Bozeman, MT. Thanks so much Sarah, and congratulations Megan! Have a great 2007 as the reigning Miss Rodeo Montana. I am sure we'll see each other out on the road.

Western Fair Association showcase!

OK, there is so much to put on this chatter that I might have to add a whole new page just for all the stuff that happened. Brief overview for now - - - great showcase, showcased with Ty England, drummer fell down escalator, someone stunk up an airport staircase and scared a little old lady, and the band learned we ain't too bad at bowling. I'll add more later.

Arizona Fair Association Showcase

Recently the band made a trip out to Laughlin, NV for a showcase for the AFA. The showcase went so well that the band has been asked to sign on with a large agency out of California. The Fair Association folks took such good care of the band that we are inclined to play just about anywhere they would like us. The sound company (Atlantis Audio) was by far the best sound company I have ever worked with. Will, y'all kick ass! All the people there were great to play for, and the band enjoyed your after hours social tremendously (of course, what's a concert without a really great after hours social). The band and I will probably be playing in Arizona, Nevada, and California a bunch. Hope to see ya there!

CBR and Tuff Hedeman hang with Bobby and the Band

Over the labor day holiday the CBR (championship bull riding) was in Cody, WY for a rodeo. After their show they made their way over to where our concert was. The crowd was great, the women hot as ever, and the band was smokin'. (if I dont say so myself). Anyway, during the course of the show (and the course of alcoholic beverages) the world champion bull rider Tuff Hedeman got up and sang a tune with us. It was, well.... Tuff, I gotta love ya brother, but don't quit your day job. Although, we love to have you sing with us any time, any where! This show was rockin', and a great time was had by all.
