Bobby's new single "Centerline" has hit radio, and in the coming weeks we expect it to climb the charts! This is by far the most aggressive push for Bobby's music yet. We all expect great things from this single and the follow-up single that is next in line. When you hear "Centerline" on the radio make sure you call and request it a bunch!

Bobby Chitwood to release new ep

Bobby will release a new ep on July 4, 2011. This music has been requested by his fans time and again.... Bobby decided to name the new ep "Bobby Chitwood, Speical Request" because of the fans. This ep also includes his much demanded "A Soldier's Ballad" which was written from an inspiring true story. Available everywhere very soon!

San Diego House of Blues

Bobby will be playing The House of Blues in San Diego, CA coming up soon. The agreement has been made we are just waiting to hear back on a firm date. It will be a heck of a show! YEE-FRIGGIN'-HAW!

Joining my American brothers and sisters

After meeting the most incredible soldiers show after show, and one soldier's story in particular I have made a choice to no longer thank our soldiers, but stand beside them! After the story of a soldier who served in Iraq, and lost his younger brother in Iraq I decided I could no longer stand from the stage and thank our soldiers. It just did not seem good enough to me. I have thanked countless soldiers and their families, but I just could not bare to keep that up. I have enlisted in the National Guard, and I will attend officer candidate school after basic. NOW.... before the rumors get started, I will continue my career in music always! As most people know the Guard is one weekend a month, and two weeks in the summer. This obviously allows me to continue with concerts and recording. This will always be the case until I deploy overseas. This will most likely be a few years out. Music is my passion and career, but this country and her people are the reason I'm able to live my dream. I don't fight for the politicians, big business, or even the president.... I will stand beside my fellow soldiers (when I'm called) to fight for the hard-working Americans.... I will fight for you as you all have fought for my success. I'm pleased and excited to be An American Soldier!
